Grid Party is a game developed by Nico Just. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the Grid Party mobile app or browser version.

The mobile app

The Grid Party mobile app does not collect, store, or share personal data.

In particular, the app:

• does not require an account;
• does not include advertising or analytics;
• does not use tracking technologies;
• does not request access to sensitive device data such as your location, contacts, camera, or microphone; and
• does not send gameplay data to us or to third parties.

Game input and audio are processed on your device only.

Analytics and tracking

Grid Party does not use advertising trackers, track users across apps or websites, or use third-party analytics services to collect information about app activity.

Advertising

Grid Party does not display third-party advertising or share information with advertising networks.

Game data

Game-related information, such as settings, progress, and high scores, may be stored locally on your device. This information remains on your device and is not transmitted to us. Deleting the app may also delete locally stored game data.

Third-party services

Grid Party may rely on services provided by the operating system or app distribution platform, including services provided by Apple and the Apple App Store. These services operate independently and may process information according to their own privacy policies.

The browser version

When you visit the browser version or this Privacy Policy, your browser sends standard technical information needed to provide the website. This may include your IP address, the date and time of the request, the requested URL, and browser or device information. Our hosting infrastructure may process this information for delivery, reliability, and security, and may retain it temporarily in operational logs.

The website loads a JavaScript resource from the jsDelivr content delivery network. jsDelivr may receive standard request information when your browser downloads that resource. Its handling of that information is governed by the jsDelivr Privacy Policy.

Grid Party does not use cookies, advertising, analytics, or other tracking technologies in its browser version.

Children’s privacy

Grid Party does not knowingly collect personal information from children or any other users.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy if Grid Party or its data practices change. Updates will be published on this page with a revised effective date.
